It will say something about sending a checklist to you. take a look at the top of this forum, there is a list of the AVR messages. sometimes its a false RFE. so I guess if you're getting that message, call and speak to someone, they can let you know.

i have a question, in you timeline it said proof of domicile needed, what was and is that? how you proof it!
