Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Good morning my approved sweethearts!

Who is left? Mayra and is Caroline also waiting? I forgot...so many approvals yesterday I lost track.

Well I just wanted to check in. Maybe we can start a thread just called "K3 family - approved or not, let's chat" :lol:

Well I say we can have a K3 weekend celebration party this weekend...what do you think? I know we're still apart from our spouses and still waiting...but at least this weekend we have something to celebrate! :D

Time to overcome the stress and worries and get to work on our diets and getting ourselves into fabulous shape for when our husbands get here :devil::devil::devil:

Of course Im with you... Funny you should mention DIET... I have been trying to be soooo good but last night i was so bummed out when I came home from work. I had to go to the grocery store and get milk so as I was walking to the back of the store to get milk I passed this awesome piece of CAKE. White on white. So I said to myself.... I don't care tonight because I am in a b!tchy mood. So I bought the cake and came home. I stood at the counter in the kitchen and ate almost all of it. ( still bummed out because not only did I not get approved, I felt guilty now too) so I went up to my room and turned on my laptop.... Got ready for bed and then checked my e-mail. I never expected to find the approval... After that I felt really bad for eating that cake. and today I feel like a manatee.

Of course Im with you... Funny you should mention DIET... I have been trying to be soooo good but last night i was so bummed out when I came home from work. I had to go to the grocery store and get milk so as I was walking to the back of the store to get milk I passed this awesome piece of CAKE. White on white. So I said to myself.... I don't care tonight because I am in a b!tchy mood. So I bought the cake and came home. I stood at the counter in the kitchen and ate almost all of it. ( still bummed out because not only did I not get approved, I felt guilty now too) so I went up to my room and turned on my laptop.... Got ready for bed and then checked my e-mail. I never expected to find the approval... After that I felt really bad for eating that cake. and today I feel like a manatee.

And yes Lisa.... Manatees are fat and ugly. I feel really disgusting in my jeans today..... No excuses this weekend.. it is supposed to be 65 degrees tomorrow

Gotta get out there and huff around the track at the park. Slap my ipod in my ears and suck it up....

my age is playing against me these days..... Gravity isn't my enemy yet.. GOD forbid I have to worry about that.....

I do have the pressure of staying half decent because my husband is so young and hot !!

HAHAHAHAHA..

The visa process forces me to get take out Chinese food at least once a week. After all the salt and MSG I feel like a manatee hit by a speed boat.
