I forgot to say Congrats to que for getting out of NVC!

Well, congrats.

I can't even understand how frustrated you must be Jen, but hang in there. I know it's trite but good things come to people who wait.

Thanks mkg265. It feels like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders, and now I can focus on getting the relationship proof to my wife for her interview.

For the folks approved who will be at NVC early next week, get your documents ready so you can fly through. If you at this point decide to go the CR-1 route since your I-130 has been approved...Get your Affadavit of support, and DS-230 pacakges together, and as soon as the AOS Bill and DS-3032 are generated email the DS-3032 in, because it will take time for you to get the DS-3032 in the mail, and try and pay your bills through the NVC online payment system, mailing checks and money orders is taking a longer time than usual.

If you do the CR-1 route, you won't have to deal with VSC again, when it comes time to Adjust Status once your SO arrives in the US on the K-3, and you will save a chunk of money. But make sure your situation doesn't require you to do the K-3.

It's LUCKY THURSDAY - Lisa got out of AP last thursday so the streak holds

Both my I129F and I130 were touched today 03/05/09 - No approval YET! 000201ED.gif

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGG I JUST GOT THE EMAIL I AM APPROVED AND i HAD JUST CHECKED MY PORTFOLIO!! MY 130 GOT APPROVEDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!! OMMMMMMGGGGGGGGG I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!! i GOT THIS EMAIL 56 SECONDS AGO!!! :jest::jest::jest::jest::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance: OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!

I finally figured why we got touched in Oct.....They made 2 piles: Stand alone I130 & K3

All files with Stand alone I130's from June and July were transferred to CSC in Nov and we got stuck in Hell!!

I called vermont and they can't tell me anything, nothings updated, no touches since October too for me, when was your touch Jenn, I think mine was Oct 3rd 2008.

I wanna keep positive and thats why we're here to support eachother, but seeing you guys go ahead and momentarily leaving us behind, kindda hurts!! its not your fault, just don't forget about us guys please, we gonna need shoulders to cry on, and whine and what not!!!

The idea is to support eachother and not complain so much...our time will come, until then hapopy thoughts, happy thoughts!!! :whistle::whistle::P

they have to they were off monday and down tuesday so it doesnt apply the friday thing this week!!!!
