I have the sniffles....I think I am coming down with the Flu. Yesterday it was -30 degress here and tomorrow we are expecting a high of 7 degress. It's no freaking wonder I am 000201F2.gif! 000202B4.gif

Not yet, I just emailed them today. Im hoping to get a text tomorrow or the next day saying "i got the packet today habibti" from Yazied :)

Amman usually take just a few days to reply to my emails, so i hope we hear or get something soon. :thumbs:

also, i just realized we have like 30 more pages of proof that i need to scan to him..daily emails to work yaay! let them try to question anything :lol:

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Cool, does the Amman consulate website have the packet available for download?

I unfortunately, don't have emails, since I can't access my personal email at work. Gotta love corporate technology restrictions. But I have pages and pages and pages of phone logs, a bunch of greeting cards we have sent to each other, boarding passes and hotel bills from our honeymoon, and a ton of pictures, I hope that suffices as enough proof.

No, Amman doesnt have it available, but i downloaded it all from the nvc website and even found the med exam letter they send out. the hubby has everything already because i am so ocd. lol we just need the sheet that has the "checklist" on it.

Ya, the emails i have are to the work account. I already sent my personal account email screenprints.

there are a bunch of people at work who cant get on their personal emails, but i can get to netzero..haha suckers! :lol:

I was wondering if not having emails and chat logs would be a problem. But the fact that we talk on the phone for about an hour or more a day I would think is sufficient proof, along with the greeting cards. That's my task over the weekend to get all of that done. I am dreading making photocopies of 12 months of phone bills which are at least 60 pages each!!!

I checked the checklist on the Mumbai consulate website for you, but that has the consulates name on it.

I dont think it will be a problem at all that you dont have emails since you have tons of calls. With all of those pages of calls, what can they say? heh

do you have proof of your wife calling you? I know this is big when its a husband, showing that he contacts the woman also. BUt i dont think it comes up much when its the usc hubby. hmm, wait, now i realized that isnt fair :angry: LOL

Do you know what kind of proof mumbai looks for usually?

I guess its time for me to turn in.

I'm the USC so I think it will be ok, since im calling my wife 95% of the time. She does call me but the connection sucks when she does, so I just end up calling her back :) It makes having the conversation a lot easier. From what I heard, it really depends on the interviewer, some ask for proof, some ask a few questions and are satisfied. The proof I have is the proof I have at this point. I also plan on being there for my wife's interview, although she doesn't know that yet :)

Time for me to turn in as well...8am meetings...gotta love corporate America.
