NVC SCREW up

they want me to pay a bill $400 i already paid it since Feb 12th

So now my papers are on hold because of them

And i Can't get to an operator

That happened to another couple on this site!!! She couldn't get hold of them either because of the snow day!! I'm afraid that will happen to me too!

Advice email then with the copy of the receipt attached

that's weird, because you wouldn't have been able to get the bar code sheet without the status being paid. From what I have heard, they have two different systems that track the payments, and sometimes they aren't in synch. Keep trying to get through, and speak to a supervisor. They should be able to get this straightened out.

She came back on the phone and said it is gonna be reviewed by a supervisor and will get back to me in 10 to 15 days

And that grand

I told her so it is gonna be put on the back burner on their mistake, she didn't like that that much

I ended up eating a turkey and roast beef wrap with two types of cheese. And a diet pepsi. Should of had a water but couldn't turn down the pepsi....

Then I thought I left my purse at the deli.

Turns out I left it by the copier...

I blame my husbands visa application for both of these things. I would make healthier choices and have my head on straight if I wasn't always things about forms and paperwork and $80 DHL bills and waiting and waiting and waiting....

LMFAO You are sooooo freakin' right on about blaming it on Immigration. My husbands favorite saying these days is" EFFIN IMMIGRATION"

Everyday this week I brought one of those "smart ones' to work thinking I will save money and maybe shed a few layers of blubber....LOL everyday I find myself in the cafeteria getting a salad from the salad bar. and everyday the cashier says to me " dang Jen, what do you have in that salad" and everyday I answer her. " I don't care today, I'm having a bad day" hahahahahaha my salad ends up costing $5-$6 per day. and I don't even get pasta or cheese.. Its all tomatoes and peppers and chicken. I dont' know whats with me lately. I am craving salad all the time. I think what I really want is a salad from Ruby Tuesday's and all these other salads are cheap immitations... Am I a loser or what????? Can ya tell I have this thing for salads?. Last night I ordered this lame chicken and pasta. William ended up eating his meal, my meal and the appetizer. and two Coors Lights. Big suckers too ! I had water with lemon...

GS Dear, I did talk with the Congressman's office today. He e-mailed me the release form. Of course he did it at 3:15 right after I left from work. So now I need to wait until tomorrow to fill it out and fax it back. He said they usually get back to them pretty quick. . What is one more BS day? They are all merging together anyway.

LOL you all are hilarious!!! The stress of this process has done a number on my eating habits as well. I should rephrase that to my drinking habits!!! Nothing like an Ice Cold beer to get your mind off of visa petitions/applications!!!

Ruby Tuesdays salad bar!!! Oh my god I miss it. There used to be one right next to my moms work and near my middle school. We would go there every time my dad would work late and I would get the salad bar. They even have pudding for dessert.

Whenever I visit my parents I always request a visit to Ruby Tuesday, Red Lobster and Olive Garden (lunch only!). The only chain restaurants near me are in Time Square or really far out in Brooklyn/Bronx. My husband loves sea food and I have like, fantasies about taking him to Red Lobster.

Well if it makes you feel better I now have an "issue" with the consulate in Amsterdam. But I am still protesting. So I cannot provide anymore details at this time.

ME LOVE SEAFOOD

This process has not aloud me to enter the US for almost a year, which for me is a long time, not to mentions missing my husband, but normally me and my friends take off to go to US to have fun relax etc

And we been dying to have some of that R & R

YEah go figure we want to escape an island that everybody wants to go to

It's a break away from our nosy relatives and have fun, they have MALLLSSSS Big ones as my best friends point out

THEY HAVE: Red Lobster, Sonic, Apple Bee's, WALMART, Target, Lane Bryant, Best Buys, and much much more (ok i am salivating now)

Eating habits..whew, i have been eating too much chocolate. damn you half off valentines candy!! LOL

but, i started bringing my lunch to work about 4-5 months ago just to save money and i dropped 15 lbs..yaay, nice bonus along with saving about 120/month on lunches. jenn, thats 5-6 adds up so darn fast. wow!

I emailed amman today. hopefully the case is there finally! nothing in the mail today when yazied checked

Sometimes when I am at work and reading the posts I laugh out loud. My cube buddy must think I'm nuts. Whenever I get happy about something, his first reaction is " Did your husbands papers get approved?" I laugh but seriously.... if I get an e-mail at work, Everyone will see me do the happy dance... I don't think I will be able to stay all day. I'll have to leave and have a beer at the Fireside down the street. Maybe 2 beers. Thats all it takes cuz I don't drink

Q, yeah they all sychronized to crash at the same time!! VSC claims they are processing April 1, 2008 and USCIS is claiming they are processing September 30, 2008 NO COMMENT

WOW Aruba, you are pretty calm and collected. I would have freaked the H. out right about now!! I can't believe how long u've been in NVCH (H for ..........rmb guys??)!!!

Jen, glad to hear you are getting the congressman to crank up the heat knob. I will not rest till I get my senator to get me some answers and move us along!! As for the blubber I have gained 10 pounds due to being glued to the laptop all day since all of this started and my husband and I have no other choice than to sit here and chat. I have even forgotten what color the trees are in the outside world. Cabin fever symptom couldn't even begin to describe what this process is doing to us! I am doing my best not to go back to this ------->

P.S. watch all those girlwerewolves freaking out at the same time in my previous post and it's bound to get u hypnotized SO DAMN FUNNY!!
