I submitted a letter and spoke to my Senator's office about what USCIS told him. When he gets a response I will share if you want...

I asked my attorney about that. He said he never heard of that but he said even if it were true, I already filed my K-3 and they would grandfather me. So, whatever you can find out would be great.

Well if it makes you feel better I now have an "issue" with the consulate in Amsterdam. But I am still protesting. So I cannot provide anymore details at this time.

And they better not ask my husband for details either, otherwise I'm going to report the person for espionage (Lisa, that was for you sweetie ).

Narina, I remember when you said you were convinced that someone burned your petitions at VSC.... I seriously think they burned mine instead of yours. I wouldn't doubt if some nasty old bitty took my petitions and moved them to the bottom of the pile just because I called 2 times yesterday... And they should add, and if all else fails, ask for an expedite which we will accept and then sent u an email saying how YOU ARE WRONG and ARE U A FOOL TO THINK U ARE OUTSIDE OF PROCESSING TIMES? We are processing APRIL 1, 2008 and we don't care of USCIS told you they are processing September 30, 2008. Hello?? I ended up eating a turkey and roast beef wrap with two types of cheese. And a diet pepsi. Should of had a water but couldn't turn down the pepsi....

Then I thought I left my purse at the deli.

Turns out I left it by the copier...

I blame my husbands visa application for both of these things. I would make healthier choices and have my head on straight if I wasn't always things about forms and paperwork and $80 DHL bills and waiting and waiting and waiting....

That happened to another couple on this site!!! She couldn't get hold of them either because of the snow day!! I'm afraid that will happen to me too!
