Here we are again, waiting for our approvals. VSC

Hopefully this week will be our LUCKY week.

For a change, I couldn't care less about an Approval this week....I am here to support all my friend!

For all you waiting on Vermont to get approvals this week

Especialy Serendipity and Esposadetucho GS and everybody pasted the 200 days mark

Also good news for K-3 status for Lisa and Narina and all recently approved that waited over 200 days at Vermont

And for me and Que who are waiting on NVC case completes

May all these happen this week

New Month, New Week.

I didn't win the lottery... (((DANG IT!)))) but I'm still here and I get to wait with all of you !

There was alot of snow this morning. All the schools are closed. The roads are bad but there wasn't anyone out there when I was driving to work.

I'll be here all day... I will be checking all day for some good news ( I don't care who.... as long as the VSC gets the led out this week.) I hope it didn't snow too much in Vermont today....

Jen...glad to know you had a safe drive to work today, I heard on the radio that philly was expected to get a foot of snow today and I thought about you. I hate driving in the snow...everyone moves @ snail pace.

It's a deep freeze out here today -26 with windchill brrrr

They should be used to the snow in Vermont. Isn't that where everyone goes to ski?

AHHHH I think I will go call and bug them. I feel like starting a fight...

My co-worker just gave me a star for coming into work at my regular time.... I'm no sissy. I like driving in the snow.

Is there any way to find out if VSC is opened today??? Does anyone know how to find out???

Just called. They told me I can't expedite just because I am out of the date range. The guy lied to me last week and told me he was putting in a service request for my K-3. He put one in for my CR-1. So they told me I need to wait 30 days from Feb 20th to call back. I did get my call transferred to an officer who told me the reason it is taking so long is the security check on both of us. ( not sure I believe him) but he did say that if I am with an adjuducating officer I should be hearing something really soon. He had a real heavy Jamaican accent and was really hard to understand. He told me not to worry as long as I ddn't get any RFE's or Notice of intent to deny.... THAT KIND OF THREW ME !!! But I'm not going to worry. UGHHHHHH

I am about to call USCIS and see if I get lucky putting in an expedite I can't believe they denied you that Jenn!! What category did you say you wanted it to fall under?

Aruba, I love the fingers crossed smiley and I could use some of it now since I am off to make that phone call( YIKES I am now worried my hopes are gonna be crushed and if they do I am not stopping there, I am calling my senator next all weeklong.

Jenn, can your congressman do something else for you or does his work stop after your case has been abjudicated?

Ok, checked DHL again and I think I had the wrong package before. I just found one that would have left the next morning after I talked to NVC and it arrived in Amman this morning. That would explain why Amman said they hadnt received it on the 28th.

Anyway, I think THIS one is it So, sticking with the Wed email plan.

My congressman's office is going to email the consulate when we get an interview date. So, I think it depends on the constituent contact on how they follow up after adjudication.
