Few question about CASE REVIEW AT USCIS

Dear friends

my senater checked embassy and got reply that they sent case back because of relationship.

embassy keept all documents at the time of my inrview.

1, wt is deffrience betweet review nd revocation.

2, what is noid/noir.

3, when USCIS will send noid/noir.

4, how we can prepar for rebuttal.

5, i living in abilene Texas, our service center is CSC, where i can fix infopass appoitment. i mean to say is it complsory that i have to go CSC, or i can fix appointment in dallas.USCIS office.

i recived email from uscis that they recived my petition back from dos for review. and they reviewing my case if they will need somthing they will conatct me. Dear friend USCIS also updated my case on there website ,that they rewiewing my case.and when they will need document they will contact us.

Revocation is where they cancel an approved petition. Review is where they are looking at all of the evidence and then decide on to revoke or to resend the petition back to the embassy for them to continue with processing and possibly approval.

NOID is Notice of Intent to Deny and NOIR is Notice of Intent to Revoke.

3, when USCIS will send noid/noir.

After they are done with their review of the case.

You said because of relationship, so they are probably thinking this isn't for marriage, but for immigration.

I would suggest you start getting evidence, more than what you initially sent, to show your relationship is a solid one, based on love and truth, etc... now.

Then when you get the contact back, you will be ready to submit it.

Well my case was sent back and sat in the hands of USCIS for near two years, and never got any response from them, despite numorous letters and phone calls. Then I hired a lawyer and they advised that after two years, to refile the i-130 which I filed april 22. But now I have a new problem, for some unexplained reason they reopened my previous i-130, but it happend to be 15 days before I sent my new I-130, but I didn't get till may 2 because they sent to me old address. I called USCIS and advised them on the situation and so they say they will look into it, which I doubt.

hello is that they mentioned you time line for your background check.

they mentioned 6months for my case.

will it effect my case.
