Hi Everyone

I got my approval letter yesterday, 2/28/2009. It states that my case was approved on 2/23/2009

Here is my timeline

sent application 2/28/2008 to TSC, later transfered to VSC

Bio 4/23/2008

Touch and email 6/16/2008

touch 11/03/2008

touch 01/13/2009

touch 2/20/2009

touch 2/22/2009

approved 2/23/2009. no touch, no email. online status shows pending.

04/19/08 - Biometrics taken
05/02/08 - Infopass app @ Atlanta Passport stamped for 1yr
02/23/09 - Green Card Ordered
02/26/09 - APPROVAL Email (361 Days)
02/28/09 - Green Card arrived!

You've given us hope thank you! We were touched 02/22, no idea about before that as not been checking. Now case just says pending still and it's a year since we applied to and mail would take a week from there to us too.
