What was rejected? I-485. Check the basis for adjustment, does it show based on K-1? If you included I-765 for EAD, did you code it (c )(9 ) based on pending I-485?

Was the check for $1010?

Remittance means payment.

the whole package for AOS from a k1 was rejected!! It basically said this

The entire application you have submitted has been rejected for the following reasons:

Your application package has been submiteed with a single remittance. Please resubmit with the following-

Your original I130

OR

Your original I1360

OR

a copy of your I797 Notice of action if your petition has already been filed/approved or other evidence that a visa has been filed/approved on your behalf.

thing is i included my I797 NOA2 for k1 visa so i really dont know what theyre asking for- if they missed it or if i need to include another form (which i dont think ido) so not really sure how to go about sending the package back as i will just be sending what i sent in the 1st place! I had a cover letter and contents page and everything..hmmm

and i put © (9) on that form you were asking about. and wrote a cheque for 1010 so i really dont know where ive gone wrong

Did you marry within 90 days of entry to the USA?

You need to include a copy of I-129F NOA2 letter.

Part 2 on I-485 needs (C ) Checked. If you checked (A ) they will assume you are K-3 adjusting status.

I would send the package back to them with a cover letter explaining that you are adjusting status based on K-1 visa.
