Done with interview Feb 12,2009 Consul ask my NBI clearance (in my ex married name) I am just wondering why until NO Visa yet receive after I submitted additional Document last Feb 19, I called USEM 301-2000 Feb 24 but the lady discouraged me to call, she said "why not your USC husband call us instead of you, then she told me next time you call our Call Center(she wanted me to call this number with 53/min charge) Since then i haven't call again. Is this a protocol that our USC husband's are the ones to call them? Considering we pay the visa fee, then they don't want to entertain inquiries? Anyone's opinion is highly appreciated. Thanks

hayssss, I hope I can receive my visa soon.

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
