Hi,

please help me with an information: when I'll apply for I-751 and I'll attache the divorce decree, would I need to attache the settlement too?

Were any of the filers asked to show USCIS a copy of settlement on a divorce ? (maybe at the interview?)

Thanks

Mihaela

Divorce decree is required. A settlement would not be required. Caveat: That is, unless it is in the alien's best interests to provide the settlement as more evidence of the bonafides of the marriage, should the decree indicate something that might cause complications for their case.
