Agreed. Although it didn't ask, but to include some of those good old joint utilities bills, bank statements, etc. is not a bad idea, also bring them to interview, but I think 3 year tax return transcripts would get the job done.

The evidence we sent was all jointly owned property, home, cars, and even our dog. Taxes, Federal income, didn't bother with the state, but property taxes. Insurance, auto, home, life, and health. Bank accounts, checking, savings, CD's. Utility bills, just about the poorest form of evidence I can think of, could tell my electric, gas, cable, phone companies that I am married to Britney Spears, God forbid, they don't care, but included a copy of each as my wife's friend got an extensive delay for not providing that, really sounds stupid to me, but sent that in anyway. Miscellaneous, emptied out my wife's and my wallet with any form of ID card that had our address listed to prove that we had a common address on my scanner and printed out a colored copy of that, also included some family photos to let them know we are human. Marriage, copies of our previous divorce and marriage certificate, but wondered how my wife managed to get her green card without those. Evidence or lack of it was not our problem. Birth certificates would also be very good to send in, if you have those with family photos.

I think that was all, but feel I am missing something, well that, and copies of her green card, the N-400, and the check. Did make a duplicate of whatever I sent in, in case they lost it, could go through that again to double check, quite a thick file. Don't recall copies of her passport, but had to bring that as proof of her trips to the interview, we didn't have any violations to report. Yeah, I think I also made copies of her membership in those organizations, those iffy ones, like the United Way, Red Cross, Angels Fund, American Heart Association we had to list.

You need to send them to remove conditional.. For citizenship all those things are unnecessary

Thank you all

Don't recall having to send our divorce papers for the I-751 or listing all of our step children, or even proving that I am a USC, the N-400 is like starting from scratch, but do what you want to do, and also a lot depends upon your IO. That you have no control over.
