USCIS doesn't need to see your chats, so save examples and logs for the visa interview.

USCIS need to see primary evidence like passport stamps and boarding passes showing the two of you have seen each other in person at least once in the past two years.

You may wish to save all conversations, emails, etc. however you likely don't need to print and bring all of them to the interview. It is commonly recommended to bring a good sample of conversations. For example you could bring 4 conversations from every month between when you filed I-129F till the interview (where they may be asked for). Same goes for emails and other evidence. Now if you want to double this and bring 8 from each month, so be it. But it shall be unlikely that you would need to produce every single one, given the amount you have been saving. Keep saving since they will want to see ongoing relationship between the petition filing and the interview date. Some folks encourage a visit during that time if possible, just to show ongoing relationship.

OK, I see where some of the confusion is.

You ask about "USCIS" who handles the I-129f visa petition. They do not need to see your chats and really couldn't care less as it is not evidence of meeting in person. The USCIS that handles your petition (I-129f) needs only to see evidence you two have met in person.

Then you mention "ongoing realtionship" this is an issue for the consulate, not USCIS. The consulate will handle issuing the visa after your I-129f is approved. They will want to see evidence of ongoing relationship. For this the chat logs can be used and I would give them various samples from various times, maybe 3 from each month or so. You will also need to provide other evidence and all the evidence together, taken as a whole, will be what proves a viable relationship of the type which may result in marriage.

Have a few with you..........

3 to 5 chats for each month

3 to 5 emails for each month

For us they didnt even read nor ask for any but we were ready anyways.

The only thing the CO saw was when we met wich was YEARSSSSS ago, he just took our Elementary School yearbook from 1990 and that was it.

PM me for any AP or AR relating to the NBI

2 years ago means prior to filing the K1 1-129F. USCIS Stage of the process.

Consular Stage is where you prove on going and bonafide relationship. In our case the CO wanted to know how we met which was 10+ years ago, read the signature. :)

You could know each other all your life or get engaged on the first meeting. The requirement is that you have been together in person at some point during the two years prior to filing the petition. If you thought otherwise, think again.

Can you just clarify this for me in relation to my situation we have known each other for 5 years been in a relationship 3 years BUT I had not seen here in person in the last 2.5 years??? Until now when we are getting married? Do we need to have seen each other in last 2 years prior to marriage or will this trip where we are getting amrried qualify?

We have all the pics, phone calls emails etc from last 3 years?

Thanks
