They are moving much slower now, and the only reason there were so many touches last week is because they were going through ALL the cases to see which ones they can send to CSC. They haven't approved not one April case, much less any May cases. Those lazy f**ks.

You'd think if they are taking the trouble to move them they could take a little longer look and approve or deny them

while they're at it.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

You'd think that the stupid manager over there would see how far back behind compared to CSC his center is and say; "Oh sh*t I need to fire some lazy people and hire some hard workers or my as* is grass." Instead they're probably idly sitting there playing Solitaire on their computers and doing absolutely nothing else. Any decent business in the world would've gave us all a FULL refund for this lousy service that we paid for.

I'm just wondering, doesn't mean I'm bitter or sad, my I-751 journey had just started after all, but I'm just curious.

For VSC, 99% of the cases take 10-13 months to approve, what if say for my timeline, my NOA was 1/30/2009, by 1/23/2010 I will be able to file N-400 and I still don't have an answer (neither approve or deny), will I be eligible for a refund for the $465 petition fee that I paid for the I-751  because they took my money but didn't do anything other than leaving my file to collect dust? I won't even ask for the $80 biometrics fee, they did took my fingerprints, so no refund on that one.

No refunds whatsoever, since there's no deadline in the contract and they don't guarantee you a timely outcome.

Also, most likely VSC timelines will improve now that cases (including mine) are being sent to CSC. You will probably stay in the 6-month window if things go as planned.

I noticed some of you have not added your timeline to the VSC timeline thread. Please do. It will give us all a better idea of how many files are still waiting. I'm guessing that for every one of us on here they have anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 other files with the same date on them.

Our file is an April file, and we did get a touch weekend before last, but nothing since. I'm beginning to wish they did transfer us to California since some who got transferred already got approved. Oh well, hopefully it won't be much longer. We've already decided to file for citizenship in May but it would be nice to have this approved so we don't have to take a 2 hour trip to Charleston again for a stamp so my husband can keep working and driving.

I also just filed for RoC and honestly am not even expecting an approval for the next 10 months or so, in the meantime I'll just keep about my business as if I was still on my 2 year conditional GC (I do carry the NOA extension to my GC with it), and if I don't get approved by February or March next year I'll just go ahead and apply for citizenship. Not gonna worry about VSC or my 10 year GC, I know I filed, I know they have it, I did my biometrics, I did my part and am still legal and with my husband so ... whatever. :P

I took us a whole year almost 13 months before we heard anything at all!!!!!!

Just to demand us more evidence..I stood firmly and wrote them quite a letter and I was very direct and firmed with the VSC..

I have invited them to come to our house and maybe stay for awhile, that way they would be able to witness our relationship and maybe take a little video of what is going on in our private room....If you know what I mean....

That very same day they received our letter they approved his 10 year gc...

Be patient...it will come to you also......

Courage!
