FOr the spouse, since we need to send in evidence of a bonafide marraige, what do we submit for my childrens I130s? Nothing in that regards? Everything from our evidences should be enough? My exhusband was dead against him meeting the kids prior to 6 months of dating. Then after 5 months of dating, he had to go oversea's with the military - so he has yet to meet them. But he talks daily to them on skype video and on the phone, its super cute! We have been friends for 2 years prior to dating, but as friends he never met my children. When he comes back from being away with the military we are hoping to get married at that point and right away sending in the petitions while in Portugal (honeymoon and where we will get married). Then he (USC) will come back to Canada with me for a month and he will be spending some time with us then... then back to travelling every other weekend to see eachother till we are all approved :)

Should this be enough?

-Photo's of him and I together with friends

-Photo's of him and I with his family

-Photo's of us at a NHL game (with tickets)

-Photo's of us at Sea World (with tickets that have our names on them)

-Copies of passport stamps

-Boarding passes & plain tickets

-Phone Bills & Skype Screenshots

-Copies of 6 emails.. one from each of the last months since sending in I130

-A letter from my bank (Canadian) showing he has his own visa card attached to my account (not a joint user but authorized buyer and user)

-Joint bank account statements from US bank

And at what point do I provide the letter from the bio dad letting the kids move?

Looks like more than enough. The letter from the bio Father needs to be presented at the interview.
