Hello everyone I’m here again very confusing I just need your opinion and good thought for us…my I-130 and I -129F approved too but because of my daughter situation that no separate petition yet so I go for K3/and k4 so my question are..

1. When it’s the right time I can adjust my status when I’m there in US?

2. How much it cost for adjustment?

3. Is there any question about family name of my daughter when my husband file a separate petition of my 6years old daughter that she used her dad family name my xbf?

4. Can I adjust my Status alone not waiting my daughter petition approved?

5. If I will proceed CR-1 is there any way quicker approval for my 6years old daughter petition not waiting 6 months again?

Please answer my entire question because I’m very confusing these situations that two petition are same time approved

Thank you so much advance

If you take the K-3 route you will have the 2 years multiple entry visa and you are going to file an AOS within 2 years when you get here and you will pay for the AOS at the amount of $ 1010, and for CR1/IR1 as soon as you get here in the US you don't need to adjust status because you will receive a GC and EAD by mail, sorry i don't know about the K-4, Good Luck~

EAD APPLICATION:

2009-01-10 ----- E-filed EAD Application

2009-01-20 ------NOA1 Receipt Notice

2009-01-22 ------Biometrics appointment recieved by mail

2009-02-11-------Biometrics Date (done smoothly)

2009-4-15 -------- EAD Approved

2009-4-24 -------- EAD Received by mail ( yyyeeeeessssss)

1) if arriving on K-3 then anytime before your visa expires

2) $1,010

3) I assume birth certificate lists you as mother?

4) If you arrive on K-3 you can adjust when you want... If arriving on CR/IR visa.. no adjustment needed

5) No... shouold have thought of that months ago

YMMV
