Hello friends.

When I filed an I-130 and I-129F for my husband my I-130 receipt number started with WAC and K-3 file started with MSC.

Now my brother has done the same thing and both his petitions start with WAC............. I am just confused they might have taken his I-129 for fiance visa instead of K-3.. or is it ok to have both petitions start with either WAC or MSC

feedback would be appreicated.

MSC no longer processes I-129F for spouse. Both petitions will be adjudicated together and most likely approved the same day.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
