Hello people!!

I'm new here so please forgive me if this is not the right forum for this question.

I'm trying to apply for my husband's immigrant visa but he has a misrepresentation on an old case. I know that normally you will just need to file the I-130 and/or I-129F for CR-1 or K-3 and then follow the case throught the NVC but since he will need to say on his DS-230 that he was found inadmissible on an old case base on a misrepresentation, (question f on part II of the DS-230), I don't know if they will process his application for the visa.

Can you tell me what will be the process to get a immigrant visa when you have a misrepresentation on an old case?

Thanks!

Yes, I know but we don't have sufficient money to pay it. :-(
