Just curious to see if anyone that was approved in March has received their papers from the NVC yet?!?

I've not received anything from NVC either, it's been 11 days since I was approved..... I've called them everyday since last Thursday...no luck

I've just been trying the AVR since Wednesday when I got the letter. I never got an e-mail, even though I'm signed up for them, and the status date still reads January!!!! on USCIS.gov

Just curious to see if anyone that was approved in March has received their papers from the NVC yet?!?

I've not received anything from NVC either, it's been 11 days since I was approved..... I've called them everyday since last Thursday...no luck

I've just been trying the AVR since Wednesday when I got the letter. I never got an e-mail, even though I'm signed up for them, and the status date still reads January!!!! on USCIS.gov

i noticed we got the same approval date and so with the hard copy received date. We do not have any updates in USCIS website too.. :unsure:

not yet.. my husband needs to get a call card since it will be expensive to call NVC knowing its just an AVR.. i will buy a lot of cards to here in Philippines to call NVC as well... They say, the best time to call is 7am to 10am EST..

You've a very good chance of getting a case # since you were approved at CSC. Someone today just got case # from NVC and his/her approval date was March 7th and he/she filed from CSC as well. Good luck.

Just spoke to an operator for the first time. Don't have the case yet. She said to try again in a few days. I'll be calling every day until we get it!

I just called operator this morning and she said my case has been recieved but not yet entered into the system. This means, NVC case # coming soon this week... Yessss..... finally after two week... :dancing: :joy: :dancing:

Hey guys sorry for the absence: Things have been moving fast after we finally got the NVC number, then the IINumber, emailed DS-3032 (never did mail hard copy), paid the AOS $70 fee, got the DS-3032 accepted so that the IV bill popped up ready for payement...

Today, we finally got the DS-3032 accepted and the IV Bill showed up online today. I don't know which email they ended up acting on because we sent it again this weekend. Anyway, now the final nerve wracking job of checking over all the documents one more time to be sure everything is included in both the IV and the AOS packages. I AM GOING TO SEND both AOS and IV packet ALL TOGETHER IN ONE MAILING, WITH SEPARATE COVER LETTERS, hope that is OK.

02/25/10: POE Honolulu, HI USA.....Transfer to Seattle, WA....
04/10/10: Permanent Residency Card recieved.
04/25/10: SSN received

Hey guys sorry for the absence: Things have been moving fast after we finally got the NVC number, then the IINumber, emailed DS-3032 (never did mail hard copy), paid the AOS $70 fee, got the DS-3032 accepted so that the IV bill popped up ready for payement...

Today, we finally got the DS-3032 accepted and the IV Bill showed up online today. I don't know which email they ended up acting on because we sent it again this weekend. Anyway, now the final nerve wracking job of checking over all the documents one more time to be sure everything is included in both the IV and the AOS packages. I AM GOING TO SEND both AOS and IV packet ALL TOGETHER IN ONE MAILING, WITH SEPARATE COVER LETTERS, hope that is OK.

04/16/2013 - Case Complete (they found our first marriage certificate during supervisor review??)

Wow I´m shocked by how many NOA2´s there have been for March. Any assumptions on if this will slow the NVC down in the month coming?

12/03/2008...Sent I-130 form

12/04/2008...Papers reached Chicago LockBox (1Day)

12/11/2008...NOA1 (7days)

12/22/2008...NOA1 hard copy received (11 days ~ Heavy Snowfall Delayed Mail)

03/14/2009...NOA2 (92 days from NOA1)

03/24/2009...NOA2 Hard copy received (No touches or web approval)

04/06/2009...Received by NVC (23 days from NOA2)
