go to the top of the page click on immigration time lines. enter your data IE... K1, K3, CR1 and the form you are working from and it will give you the list you need . If you havent filled out your own time line it wont be any good to you. So if you havent take time to fill out your time line I believe that is there too.

So we should get a Washington group together I am all for that

I'm on it. I was hoping to get one more tax sheet done before it gets approved but I'll take whatever I can get.

I'm from WA. Spokane! So is Conquest! We are going to have to start a group or something :)

hi all... im a January filer but im still waiting for my approval as well.... what is this Igor's list if i may ask?

good luck to all and may God be with us all so that we can be with our loved ones!!

:)

There have been a few January filers already done. I asked around and it sounded like they weren't transfers from the VSC. Also one of them said they didn't get any word online so it might be approved and in the mail. You just never know!

For my N-400 I didn't get 1 e-mail updating status. For hubby's I-130 so far nothing by e-mail, just the NOA1 by UPSP. Did others get their NOA1 by e-mail also, or just further updates?

yeah I know. I had signed up, but as I said - they haven't updated my case since August even though I had my interview and was sworn in since then! It still says pending, so there were no e-mails to get!

For my I-130 though I did sign up for e-mails after I got my NOA1. Let's hope I get any I should get :) AND SOON!

Congratulations. Wow! Looks like VSC is rocking on pretty fast.

I feel like a bummer now because having my file transferred from VSC to CSC is proving to be detrimental.

Best of luck in NVC process.

I had similar experience like yours and from talking to others when processing N400; it seems that they dont update this quite often. Like in your case, even forget. But I130 is something they really do update even though they are occasions of being late.

Take care,

What would you expect? VSC gave all their work away all they have are new cases to deal with and why would you think that CSC is not that fast hhhmmm could it be that they are doing some other lazy a$$es job?

I kind of find it pitifull that they are even seperate in the first place talk about inefficientcy.

For a very long time CSC was the fastest, and VSC was producing zero on approvals on K3 or CR-1 just dealing with K1, real mess.

I remember too well, I was in the mess at VSC early last year, with many many others.

CSC and VSC will run on same schedule of time soon. July 2007 rate increases bombarded both servie centers, but CSC handled it better then VSC.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

It's just luck of the draw! I think that they should let each USCIS local office deal with local filers!
