Waldo, the NVC will be the one who will assign the interview date not you

wouldn't it be cool if we could assign our own interview dates...NVC assigns interview dates the first 2 weeks of every month...so for example if your case is complete @ NVC the end of this month, you will more than likely get a JUNE interview...but that also depends on the "back log" of the embassy...i don't think Peru has that problem....

it depends on the country of the beneficiary.. but since we are CR1 - the NVC or USEM will be the one who will assign the interview date not us..

Do i need to send the DS230 forms with my documents to NVC? Or shall we need to wait for them to mail the hardcopy of DS230 and Cover Sheet?

I received an email regarding my IV BILL FEE.. We paid this already 3 days ago and the status is paid..

You can print out document cover sheet for the paid IV bill and send your DS-230 (IV package). No need to wait for hardcopy..

I am asking a questions concerning my father's tax info on our AOS package. He filed jointly with my mother as married on their taxes. Are they going to request for RFE for my mother to fill up any forms since her name is on the tax info? My dad is the sponsor for me to get my wife here. I just don't want to have any delays. Is it ok just to send my dad's tax return info and his W2's or do they also want his tax transcripts as well? Also, will from Nov-the end of March paystubs be enough for the paystub in the the AOS package? I appreciate all your help and God bless!

waiting as well. on friday they started the review of AOS package, now hoping that easter will not prevent our case from being postponed until after 12th of april. hoping for a may interview.

Dated since 2004, 10/22/2008 Married in NY, wife left the country, returns on 01/06/2009 as a visitor (granted stay until July 2009)

01/15/2009 Sent I-130 package for CR1 to Chicago Lock Box, 01/19/2009 USCIS Chicago received the application

01/26/2009 USCIS sent out NOA1, 01/28/2009 Moneygrams Order cashed

02/24/2009 Case is in Vermont Processing Center (told by the USCIS by calling the free phone line)

03/02/2009 NOA2 mailed, application approved!!!! (47 days since we mailed I-130 package)

03/05/2009 NVC Received Case / Case number assigned

03/12/2009 DS-3032 / AOS fee bill generated and e-mailed to us, 03/12/2009 I e-mailed and snail mailed DS-3032 and paid AOS fee bill online

Kindly check it and see if the order is in the right condition and if there is anything else we need then please give us a shout out and let us know please. We would totally appreciated it. I paid my I-864 (AOS) fee bill last Friday and was able to print the cover sheet last Saturday. Do I need to wait for NVC to contact me before I can send the I-864? Thanks in advance.

06/18/2009 - POE (SF, CA)

USCIS REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS (California Service Center)

03/30/2011 - I-751 Sent

03/31/2011 - NOA1

04/04/2011 - Checked Cashed

04/06/2011 - Received NOA1 Hardcopy

05/04/2011 - Biometrics Appointment

06/13/2011 - 10-YEAR GREEN CARD APPROVED

06/15/2011 - Received Approval Letter

06/17/2011 - RECEIVED NEW GREEN CARD

Congratulation on those who already got the case completed by NVC, we are still waiting...seems like NVC is taking a lot of time these days right? Or is it just me?

12/16/08 - I-129F sent

02/23/09 - NOA2 I-130

02/23/09 - NOA2 I-129F

CR1 Process on NVC:

03/03/09 - NVC received papers

03/05/09 - NVC number assigned

03/09/09 - NVC generated DS 3032 and AOS bill

03/10/09 - E-mailed and mailed DS 3032

03/13/09 - Paid for AOS bill

03/18/09 - Choice of agent accepted by e-mail

03/20/09 - Got e-mail with IV bill

03/20/09 - Paid for IV bill

03/25/09 - Sent the IV DS-230 packet by mail direct from beneficiary's country

03/28/09 - Sent the AOS packet by mail

04/01/09 - AOS packet delivered at NVC

04/08/09 - DS-230 Packet delivered at NVC ( I don't know why that long it was stuck at Customs for like 2 weeks!!!)

04/09/09 - AVR says it's missing the DS-230 (False RFE)

04/09/09 - AOS approved

04/10/09 - DS 230 entered into the system, probably under review now.

04/13/09 - AVR says "The NVC has received the checklist letter response on April 10th"

04/20/09 - Case Completed at NVC

04/24/09 - Got e-mail with the appointment letter

Consular Process

05/26/09 - Medical Exam

06/03/09 - Interview Date!!!! PASSED!!

06/06/09 - Received passport and the Big Brown Envelope

06/24/09 - POE

12/22/2008...NOA1 hard copy received (11 days ~ Heavy Snowfall Delayed Mail)

03/14/2009...NOA2 (92 days from NOA1)

03/24/2009...NOA2 Hard copy received (No touches or web approval)

04/06/2009...Received by NVC (23 days from NOA2)
