Quick question:

Do the passport style pictures need to have a DATE on it? BEcause they say passport style pictures taken within 30 days of the application, but most places I went to try and take the pictures are not able to print the date on it. I am confused!!!

Thanks!

Picture has to be recent and met the USCIS requirements.

You should write the name of the person on the back. So if it drops out of the package, they know who it is...

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
