My I129 petition was received at USCIS Nov 26 2008 and i received a letter I-797C, Notice of Action.

On the letter says "Notice Type: Receipt Notice"

Is this the NOA1??

Today I received in another letter stating notice type: "Approval Notice".

also saying the NVC processing should be complete within two to four weeks after receiving the petition from USCIS.

Is this my NOA2??

11-25-08 I-129F Sent to CSC

11-26-08 I-129F Received at CSC

12-02-08 NOA1 Receipt Notice Received

02-28-09 NOA2 Approval Notice Received

02.01.17 - put in line for interview

03.15.17 - scheduled for an interview on 04.21.17, had to write a letter asking for a reschedule because we will be out of the country

03.31.17 - scheduled for an interview again
