well, i would say if you find a woman like that you might get a harder time with immigration than bringing a fresh one yourself, coz' immigration could consider that girl seeking for a fraud marriage for immigration purpose. It's like that girl already has an immigrationally criminal record, it will be harder to earn the USCIS trust again, it could succeed, but it might take years other than 6 months only like other people.

I hate to judge you but i think you are kinda LAZY. don't think easy thing will always be a good thing.

If i were you i will change target to Thai girls, coz' thailand has low record of fraud marriage, things will be easier, and thai women are mostly nice and faithful and they all want green card, lol.

Maybe the OP could send a bunch of flyers to the Embassy and have them stuff it into every approved visa.

Plus, unlike the US, many other cultures are not so hung up on age, physical appearance, and money. For example, it is not uncommon to see 50, even 60-something men with 20-something women. It's a lot more accepted there.

OK, so it gets frustrating and expensive to search for Pinay in Phils, and do all the waiting, only to find out she was playing games and not serious to me. So, maybe I will try to find Pinay here in US who was brought here, married to kano, and then separate/divorce after a short time.

So, the general question is, how complicated is it (immigration wise, to marry her and make her legal here) to marry a divorced Filipina who is in USA for lets say, 2 years or less, and does not have her immigration status settled here yet. Thanks for you input and experiences. I am a serious guy and only want to find a nice lady and marry her, in spite of the complications of an unsettled immigration status.

If you are older, fat and ugly your chances of latching onto a pretty pinay that already has her GC in the US are WAY lower [NO chance] than if you pursue one in the Philippines.

In the Philippines the MAJORITY of Filipina Women are married to the Men who are the same age or close to their age atleast.

It is very rare for a Filipina woman who get married to a guy with 19 or 30 years aged gap. unless the guy is rich.

but it is very different when it comes to foreign men, most especially to western men. a lot of these young Filipina are married to these old,fat western men. in fact we can see them everywhere.

there are many reasons why;

---A Filipina who is a single unwed with kids. Filipino men don't want them simply because they don't to raise the kid from other man; besides that single mother often look down there in PI. other reason, if she is old her chances of finding a mate is much lower.

some Filipina are naive and idiolize western men, they want them to have a baby with pale skin etc.

some are married to these fat and old men because simply they are poor and want to scape the poverty back home. Some are simply they fell inlove, the reason why they married western guys.

Now, why these fat and old men want to marrying these young Filipina because:

----Some men want to marrying these Filipina because simply they want a young,sexy wife and it is alot easier to control to have a young wife who is so naive

---Some men want to marrying them because they want a sex slave and a maid

---Some want to marrying them because simply they want a companion who will take care of them

---Some want to marrying them because they want to retire and live in PI

---Some men married to them because they think she will not divorce him and have a long lasting married.

---- No American women want them because they are OLD, FAT and OBESE, AND JERK

----Some marrying Filipina simply because they fall inlove.

Now its up to you where you belong in these categories....you can lie whatever you want.

First off, I can't figure out if this a serious question or not.

Secondly, a K-1 visa holder can only adjust their status based on their marriage to the original USC petitioner.

Otherwise, the CR-1/K3 route must be used.
