I could NOT agree more. Glad someone else said it. I was just looking at when this poster signed up and was thinking..... WHY would you come on and say something like this in the first place. We are here for moral support, not to be knocked down with negative comments from someone we don't know. Mind you I don't know quite a few people myself LOL But I have sat back and read comments from others who have given moral support. Why even sign up for VJ if that would be your first post? Doesn't make sense to me.

By believing all the niece things they say ..........we all need to be loved and want to be loved ......we r impatient and lonly and we go on line to find love instead of going to social events or friend.... they promise us the skies and we want it to be true but deep in our hearts we know they r lying to us ,tho we hope for better and in the end its all fake .

Eeven those who are happy now.......it will come to u too .

they always end up with their own women because we don;t obey their rules .

Face it women ........we r independent and they need dependent women ....one that does as they say.

I happen to agree with some of the stuff you're saying, but I'm just curious...

If that is how you feel, and deep in your heart you know it's fake, why marry a middle Eastern man? If they want dependant, obedient women that is also their right. So why marry someone if you're not the type of women you think they want?

And saying, "Even those who are happy now, it will come to you too" - even if that's true, not many will admit it.

So whatever you were hoping to acomplish with this post, probably won't work. Sorry.

Happens without fail whenever there's a lull in MENA. Someone is bored and wants fireworks. I give as much ear to this sort of post as I would to out-of-the-blue advice from a complete stranger on the street.

should i start an exciting thread? oh wait, i dont have any drama

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

I do have a question... :ot:

This is to anyone that can answer it :D

Can't the Captn and the MODS and EVENTS peeps on VJ tell when a new ID has been created by a member that is here already? So in this case, if its one of our regular peeps making a new ID...that can be identified?

ewok can, the mods can't. ewok can compare ip's to see who it really is, mods don't have access to that sort of information. however, ewok understands that people may not want to post information under their original name and they feel more comfortable doing so anonymously due to the sensitive nature of some issues, plus if they did use their original name on vj to post with, many would remember that information and the poster who said it, eventually creating lots of drama and i'd imagine the soon departure from vj of that member.

so as long as the new id is not used to troll or bypass a suspension or ban, and is used for sensitive relationship topics, it's generally accepted.

Yup, that's right. Also, it's not very hard to mask one's IP so that a duplicate account could not be detected.
