Hello My Dear Fellow VJ'ers

Good Day to all of you reading this post. First and Foremost I want to say Thank You Lord for be with us in this Journey. Thank You Sir Ray Bacon for helping us and to all of you VJ'ers for the info and ideas u share with us. All i can say to those who are still waiting for the approval of their visa, have faith in god and trust your husband/fiancee totally. Right now we are only waiting for the day comes for my medical and interview and while waiting this day I have lots of thoughts in my mind. One of it is the Domicile issues since my husband is here with me in this entire journey. but like I said to myself from the start of this journey "God I gave it you I know you know whats best for me/us". And I am thankful also to my husband for the love and support we have for each other.,every time I felt like this he always make sure that he comfort me totally and reminds me the word of the GOD that everything is possible in HIM. Fellow VJ'ers Good Luck to all of us and God Bless us all

I-130 for Parents (Mom and Dad)

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

Thank you, and yes it's mixed emotions ..... it's really hard to have like this kind of feelings. But like You said we are trying to be prepared as much as we can showing all the proofs we have and give all this worries in the hands of our dear GOD ... I am very thankful that my husband really supporting me in all kinds of emotions I may have. could u please check us the requirements we have if CO will touch the DOMICILE issues. BTW my husband is been here in Phils since Sept 22, 2007

1. US drivers license (still valid)

2. SS (social security)

3. US Bank Account (that every month the pension and SS benefits directly deposited in this account)

4. Tax Return from 2001 to present

5. DD214 showing his military service

6. Bank Statement addressing/delivered to US address (the address that we are using in our petitions)

7. A notarized letter from his son stating that we will be living with him

8. Every month we paid to Immigration Office here in the Phils. for the extension of his visitors visa status

9. Notarized and approved letter from the Immigration Head Office ( because the immigration office we have here in our City where we are right now ask my husband to make a notarized letter and faxed that one to Immigration Commissioner in manila stating that he is applying for extension of his visitors visa stay here in the Phils., and after a week they approved that one and we have that approval letter.)

Please let us know what else we needed.
