I'm just wondering, is it the uplifting of condition? Just want to know ahead of time so I can get the paper work ready.

You apply for Removal of Conditions 2 years (actually 3 months before the 2 year anniversary) after you become a Permanent Resident.

You will submit Form I-751 for this.

You can download it and look at what is required for this process.

Maybe "uplifting your suso"!!! You get a short break and during the breah you accumalate more evidence of you having a bonafide marriage. Then you apply for the BIGGY. 10 year GC. Once you have that you are pretty much "bullet proof.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

The main objective now, other than enjoying your life together, would be to continue co-mingling assets. Anything you buy, or any accounts you open, put in both names. Check your life insurance and retirement accounts, and make sure your spouse is named as beneficiary. Find a couple good friends to get to know you for the next couple of years. All that good stuff.
