I need help, the last two years I made under the poverty line, but now finally have a good job where I make good money,. If I dont get a co-sponsor, do you think that they will consider my actual income? or they will go by the income taxes?

Thanks

They will be mostly concerned with current and future income.

If past year tax return shows gross income above the line, and employer letter also indicates job status as permanent, and salary is above the line, you wont need a co-sponsor for the I-134.

Moving this to consulate/embassy forum, the I-134 is not needed when filing I-129F.

Yes but income taxes were below the line the past two years.

You should be OK with your current income but you may want to provide copies of your last 2 paycheck stubs, a letter from your employer that states what day you started as well as salary and the likelyhood of continued employment and then you may want to just write a brief letter explaining your past income versus your new income, such as if their was a career change, etc.. Good luck and I am sure you will be fine.
