Can anybody help me with the question I130 number 7? Its actually asking OTHER NAME USED? is this the name that she used when she was single that on my birth certificate ? Or My mom was married twice but my dad pastway when i was seven years old, so do i need to use her last name when she was married to my dad?

Appreciate your help But i have one concern on sending my papers this month ..My mom BIRTH CERTIFICATE has a problem with spelling of her first name but its already on the process to make a correction but it would take two month before we get it. When do you think USCIS would ask her birth certificate to be send it to them?

I WOULD SUGGEST TO WAIT FOR THE CORRECTED BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF YOUR MOM TO AVOID FURTHER DELAYS IN THE FUTURE AND IF IT IS CORRECTED MAKE SURE TO ORDER ATLEAST ADDITIONAL COPIES FOR LATER USE.

my birth certificate says name of mother: EVANGELINA

her real spelling is: EVANGELINE

all her docs are EVANGELINE not EVANGELINA....my baptismal says the correct spelling of her name...what will i do?

List all the names she has ever held legally with the exception obviously of the one she now which is in another box. These name changes will have to be backed up with copies of prior marriage certifcates,birth certifcates and divorce documents or whatever you need to document the name changes.
