Good Morning everyone....It's a cold day here today brrrrr!

I can't believe it's March 1, sometimes it seems like I will be 60 and still stuck in this immigration nightmare, waiting to hear back from VSC :(

I don't even want an approval anymore...just feedup with everything!!!

On a brighter note, I am so proud of myself today. I finally fixed my laptop....which totally crashed and wouldn't bootup. (change of Career direction might be in order) :star:

Jen, We have white stuff in CT too. I really hope this is the last of it, since it's March!

I really shouldn't bumble around VJ. I just found a couple (Tico beneficiary and all) whose I-130 date was a few weeks after mine that got approved at the end of January (under 90 days!). I'm really happy for them, but #######? That's what we get for filing for the I-129F!!!! I don't know whether to cry or be angry. I feel like I was led to believe one thing and the truth is the exact opposite.

Mar 9, 2009 - Called NVC and found out our K3 is in "administrative processing"

Apr 6, 2009 - OUT OF A.P. !!! File being sent to Kiev !

May 5, 2009 - K3 interview in Kiev! APPROVED !!!

July 12, 2009 - ARRIVAL IN USA !!!

Caroline, it's called luck. Who knows what will happen down the line though? You might fly through NVC or get an earlier interview date. You might end up done before them!

I just thought of something... Maybe the reason my approval took so long is because God had a purpose for me. Without me, there would be several sad, pitiful people, with nothing to do in their life. No one to follow, talk about, and discuss to no end! Poor things! I hope someone interesting comes along really soon to take my place. God knows when my husband is here, I will not be on VJ very often! Unlike some people, I'll be enjoying my marriage and spending every possible moment with my husband! Then again, he'll want my attentions every second. I guess their attentions are not wanted much??? C'est la vie!

Finally it's after 12 noon! ... 2.75 hours left!

Hey Everybody. Just got home. Was out all day. I found this ghetto store in Philly that has all kinds of cool spanish stuff. I bought an American flag and a Costa Rican flag. I'm hanging them in my room. HA And I bought these cute little things that say cute little love blurbs in spanish. I am not sure if I will keep them or send them to Tucho. Tucho was in a "RAW" mood today. He is mad because he has to work on the weekend.

Tomorrow is a new day. I was thinking about laying off the computer tomorrow. Maybe its like watching a pot of water boil or watching the grass grow...its so addicting though. I really don't want to go to work tomorrow. UGHHHH.

We are supposed to get between 8" and 12" of snow in the Philadephia area tonight. at least I can wear jeans to work ...HAHAHAHAHA and the kids can sleep in.

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Jen, I agree this Internet thing can be tiring and seeing people get approved ahead of you can put a damper on your spirits. Did you put in a request for expedite? I will be doing that first thing tomorrow morning and bugging my senator's office till I get some answers!! I won't stop till my senator finds out what's going on! :protest: I owe it to my emotional and physical health to do that. Time to use the day off in proactive means :thumbs: . Maybe then I will get my much needed energy and strength back (or at least some of it cz I know I won't get it back 100% until my hubby is here with me) but just enough to keep me going...

I want to thank all of you for being my emotional support throughout this long and tiring journey. I couldn't have done it w/o my K3 family on VJ!
