Tend to be for evidence of meeting in past 2 years for K-1 fiancee visas, but I would include it as relationship evidence.

How about:

Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge of your marriage); (I-130 Instructions)

Those affidavits should be notarized ("Sworn" before a notary)

As well, my husband is in the US army, so for question 15. Name and address of present employer (if any), He just put US Army, Fort Bliss Texas. Should that be fine?
That should be fine.

Note: The I-864 Affidavit of support that will eventually be filed to NVC when they request it will allow for your spouse to be making only at least 100% povertyline, NOT 125% because your spouse is in the military.
