I got touched last Feb 19th, then again on the 20th, but online status still says "Case received and pending." Today I opened the mailbox and there is our NOA2 paper copy! Approval date - February 19, 2009. Still no change in online status, never got an email. Called NVC and has already been forwarded to Guatemala City on the 25th. Don't trust the online status! Now I've got to get focused on the next steps!!!!! :dancing::dance::dancing::dance:

We are the same..got approve but online satus say"case received and pending"..we got the approval letter feb 26, 2009...so happy!!but dnt know what to do next?pls help :thumbs:

We had our first "touch" yesterday (with status still at received and pending). I have my fingers crossed that it's the NOA2 and NOT another RFE lol .... :dance:
