Hello Vj members,

I really need your help. As i read the guide to apply for I- 130- it says My husband (USC) and me (Non-USC) needs a

G 325A and also there were lists of evidence of a bonafide marriage and pre -interview items.

Questions:

1- Do i need to send G325 A of me and my husbands' ?

2- DO i need a passport photo of my kids being the beneficiary?

3- Do I have to send all these documents listed together with the I_ 130 application at the same time? OR should i wait for the approval before i will send these other documents.

Pls. help am really confused still not able to finalize all the papers. Thanks so much in advance for your help.
