question for those who got approved on their interview??

did ur online status for the I-485 & 1-130 changed after the approval.. or it says pending still..

Im asking this cuz my online status for both.. it says that last touched since 12/10/08.. and says case received and pending..

does this matter??

11-20-08......Checks Cashed

11-26-08......NOAS received for my 4 applications dated for 11-18-08

12-09-08......Biometrics

12-10-08......Touch on I-485 and I-765

01-15-09......EAD and AP approved

01-16-09......EAD touched

01-19-09......AP touched

01-21-09......EAD touched again

01-26-09......EAD and AP received on the mail!!

01-27-09......Applied for SSN

02-03-09......SSN Received

02-24-09......Interview at 12:00 pm in San Diego !! APPROVED!!

02-28-09......Welcome Letter Received & approval for I-130!!

03-09-09.......Green card in the mail!

We got our interview appointment letter a few weeks ago, and since we filed in late September 2008, we have not had one touch. The online case status has not changed since they received our AOS application. It still says they received it and the case is still pending. :blink:

Really, I don't think it matters as long as you have already been approved.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

very true. i got aporved on Feb 19 but the online status still is pending and my last touch for 485 and 130 were 1/29 and 12/08 respectively. good thing i got my stamp otherwise i would be nervous as hell.

I had my interview a week ago, I was approved, I check the same day online and I got the message that my "case could not be found", I having checking the status online and it has not change, its sill saying the case cant be found !

10/06 - Met online.

01/03/07 - Met in Person and started dating.

12/11/07 - Got Engaged.

01/05/08 - Got Married!!!

06/24/08 - Applied for I-130, I-485 and I765.

06/30/08 - Notice of Action

07/19/08 - Biometrics Appointment

08/26/08 - Received EAD card

12/29/08 - Letter interview date received in mail

02/23/09 - Interview date!!!----- APPROVED!!!

03/06/09 - Welcome letter in the mail.

03/13/09 - Green Card received in the mail!!

Removing Conditions

01/25/11 - Applied for I-751.

01/27/11 - I-797C, N.O.A issued

01/31/11 - Check cashed

02/04/11 - Received N.O.A

03/14/11 - Biometric appointment issued

03/19/11 - Biometric letter received in the mail

03/28/11 - Biometric appointment date.

06/24/11-Approval of ROC

06/27/11-Approval letter received

07/01/11- Green Card Received

In my case, i had my interview last Feb 13, i got the welcome letter feb.20, i got the gc feb. 27 BUT my case status online has never changed except for a touch last Feb 2 which i think was the preparation for the scheduled interview. so its not really that updated.

I got approved on the 24th.. and already received welcome letter and approval for I-130 on the 28th... :thumbs:

so Im guessing my gc should be in the mail this week??

The online status is usless and should just be removed if they can't maintain it. My wife has already recieved her green card and the online status still says they recieved our application last sept.
