My husband has children in his previous marriage and one of them living with us. I did not put his informaton on my N-400 application by thinking that I am not biologically connected to him. I have answered this question even before I apply for my I-751 and people advised me to not put their name my application. I followed the same way to my N-400 too. When I wet my AOS interview, the interviewer asked me how many children I have. I told them I don't have but my husband has and they live with us. The interviewer told me, then I'm a step mother. I said yes, there are my children but not biologically. I think should not write their name on N-400. You can wait for more advice from other people in this forrum if you want.

as i was reading the N-400 instructions, it states there that i have to write the name of my stepchildren...all the 3 don't live with us..they live with their mother....my concern is i did not write them when i applied for my I-751 because i was thinking that I-751 only asked for biological children, and since i don't have any i put NONE....and now for my N-400, what will i do?
