I have a question about the I-134 . I have been living in nepal for a year with my husband so I didnt file income tax for last year. I have a co-sponor for the I-134 for His I-129. well it be my husband, me, cosponor and her husband that is counted in the poverty guildlines or just my husband and co_sponor and her husband. I have read in differnt post that i will be counted .

As the US citizen, you are the sponsor and will be counted. Your co-sponsors will also be counted. In terms of sponsorship (financial responsibility) your Nepalese husband will not be counted toward meeting the financial requirements of sufficient steady income/assets.
