Absolutely. How often do you see someone from Morocco or Pakistan or Turkey approved in 2 months? Its usually ppl from like Poland or Netherlands or something that get approved super fast. What sucks, is there is nothing we can do about it. Who would we go to to complain about how they operate? Racial profiling and bad morals, there is no one to help. Some ppl say we shud write to Obama, but seriously, do u think that immigration is on the top of his priorities? USCIS can screw us left right up n down and we have to sit here like dogs and accept it. itss bullsh#t...

Actually, I don't think they do. At least, not at the NOA1 and 2 stage. I don't think they have the resources. There's a couple from Morocco who filed in November and got their NOA2 in January, interview in Casa in March. Sounds reasonable. I think it's at the Consulate stage that there is review. And even then, I don't think it's the consular officer who does it. I think they do an internet search to see if your name arises with a flag within the state department system. But it's not until after the interview, when they put you in AP (which it seems like they do to everyone in Morocco), that they send your name/file to the CIA or whoever and do an indepth search. I have a friend who has worked in a consulate, and they said they don't do indepth research themselves.

Does that make any sense?

But if you're asking does the government do a more serious review of applicants from some countries? probably so. And frankly speaking, I hope so.

So you think it will be just fine if they give your husband to be a serious review! Just for your info, he will be watched from the minute he depart Casablanca until he gets to his destination. Now you tell me what is the different between you and ANOTHER USC TAX PAYER that will bring her husband to be from the Netherland. Look at VJ record very close and you will see nothing but filth when it comes how some beneficiaries from Pakistan are treated. I am very surprised to read your last line But if you're asking does the government do a more serious review of applicants from some countries? probably so. And frankly speaking, I hope so.. Just to let you know that you and your husband to be are ready for a big SHOCK. You and i know very will we are always treated better than that when we visit Morocco
