When you log in, there´s a box saying Last Update Date, when that date changes but nothing changes in the screen that shows your status, it means you were touched.

They don't e-mail you everytime you get touched, you just have to log on and check your case status obsesively like we do :)

Anyone else got touched today even though there was no notice of sending an RFE? ´Cus that´s what happened to me, how weird is that?

I got touched today and got the following message :

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

On June 23, 2006, this case was reopened on a USCIS motion, and the case is now in process. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

Hopefully Ill be getting a RFE soon....what do you guys thinks?
