I think someone should volunteer to stand over him and watch him while he sleeps. Make sure that he's breathing and if there's ever any doubt, wake him up just to be sure.

Hehe, thanks for the concern, everyone! I've actually been online much of that time, guess you just missed me :P The fever broke a few hours ago, and the weakness is gone, mostly. Still have a cough, though not as bad as before. 'Course, last night I was feeling well enough to go to Ash Wednesday service, but was worse again by the time I went to bed. Lai is out getting some Chinese remedy for sore throats, and I'm going to try MC's honey and lemon thing. Don't own a humidifier, or I'd try that.
