i m applying for my wife for IR1 visa and she was born in saudi arabia, but her parents from morocco, as you know saudi arabia dosn t give the new born the citizenship if the parents are non-saudian, so she have a moroccan birth certificat so when the nvc check the birth certificate they asking for one given by the saudian authority ......... so she dont have that one and i think its very hard to get one because she have to travel over ther to get one.....she need visa .........anyway thers anyone have a solution or know somebody has the same probleme or the same caseif somebody have solution pls respond thank you

My both brothers were born in Saudi Arabia and they have a birth Certificates from Saudi Arabia and other ones from Egypt, I guess she can contact the Saudi embassy in Rabat... if that was not possible she should just give the NVC her Moroccan birth Certificate as Long as the Place of birth mentioned on that Moroccan birth certificate is SAUDI ARABIA...
