Once we apply for the CR1, will visiting the US (from canada) be easier at the POE to visit? The visits are generally 3-4 day ones.

If we bring a copy of the NOA1 with us, should that be sufficient, along with the return ticket? Just wondering if anyones been denied even with a NOA1 (obviously they are going back to the country).

Just sick of all the haggling at the POE. Im hoping it will make it easier!

And then I guess, same thing for when he flies up to visit.. I hope its enough, as well as the plane ticket.

Bugging our employers to keep writing letters are gonna peive them off eventually with the frequency lol

I haven't run into the situation yet, but in the same boat. So for I have been visiting my family in Canada so no questions are asked. I too would like to know if there will be Issues or not. I am aware that Canadians are allowed to visit for up to 6 months.

I don't know about your flying to U.S. from Canada, but I fly to Canada all the time to see my husband. They look at my passport to see if I've been there previously (good sign that you will return to U.S.) and once they asked if I had my return ticket. I showed him my itinerary and that was enough. They never asked and I never told that I had filed immigration for him. They just want to be sure I'm going back home at the end of my trip.

My wife attempted to get the Visitor visa while CR1 was pending and she was denied first time at US Embassy New Delhi but she tried again after month or so and was granted 10 year multiple visa so she made a visit to the US twice. She was asked at the airport (Newark) for the purpose of the visit since my wife was student so she showed th Student ID and gave my cousin's home address where she intended to stay. It worked well for both times. However she did carry the copy of NOA1 in case situation gets worse.
