Does it usually take longer for the CR1s and CR2s to be approved at USCIS & NVC if there is children involved coming to the US? Or does it usually take the same amount of time and they just get done together? Im just wondering if I should be expecting to wait longer to get the NOA2 than usual

the USCIS will attempt to "clip" the related submissions together so they proceed through the system together... with the hope that they can all be adjudicated together... question will always be are they successful in identifying these situations and actually doing it

YMMV

I sent 4 petitions in the same package to USCIS for my wife & 3 kids. I can update you once I get further in the process as they have yet to even cash my checks.

In my initial package I had a main cover showing 4 petitions being filed A, B, C, D

then each section was treated as such, separate check, separate cover, separate everythuing.

again shown here ... 4 Petitions

This is the way to best assure the cases are adjudicated together. My wife and daughter's were.
