Interim EAD - Take along passport photos etc?

Hi Guys,

Our 91st day is comming up and we'll be attempting to be approved for an interim EAD. Should we take along passport photos and another I-765 form filled out, or just take the NOA1 showing the receipt date and a suitable ID?

I'm not sure if the interim EAD has a photograph on it, and if it does, will the district office have the facilities to take the photograph there?

I will take printouts of the 765 instructions showing that I should be eligible for an interim EAD - anything else I should know / take?

Thanks!

No need to bring a passport pic, they will take your picture there. Bring a completed I-765, your NOA1 for your I-765 and your I-485, and your biometrics appointment letter that should be stamped to indicate completion.

ETA: and your passport!

They need the application to keep record I think. Don't worry though, you don't have to pay the $180 again!

Hello. I am curious about that we can get interim EAD even though we have RFE.

I also had RFE :P

I know some people got it even though they got RFE.

Is it just up to the officer?

Thank you (F)
