Will USCIS send an NOA for our RFE

We sent our rfe last wednesday, and USPS showed that it was delivered last friday. So far, there is no update online nor did we receive any letters from USCIS. I wonder if USCIS will send any NOA for rfe. My lawyer said no, but I think I saw some Vjers mentioned they did here.

11/28/2008 --- married in vegas

1/20/2009 --- filed i130/485/131/765

1/21/2009 --- delivered

1/28/2009 --- check cashed

1/31/2009 --- received receipts of i130/485/131/765

2/6/2009 --- RFE received, requesting more tax forms.

2/10/2009 --- did the bio

2/18/2009 --- RFE replied

3/20/2009 --- received email approval from CRIS for my AP. received interview notice and it is scheduled on April 22nd.

3/25/2009 --- received email from CRIS for "EAD card production ordered"

3/27/2009 --- received AP in mail. Why is Robert M. Coman's name on top of my photo?

3/30/2009 --- received EAD in mail.

4/22/2009 --- interview date. We were approved!

4/25/2009 --- welcome letters received

5/4/2009 --- received the greed card in mail, good till 4/22/2011.

How long does it usually take to see this update? I checked online, nothing yet.

We sent ours on Feb 7th,and yet, no updates on the web have been posted,although I got the AP approved and in the mail and it still shows pending....

I believe there is some kind of trouble with the updates,they don't show up anymore...

What is your rfe regarding? Mine was asking for recent tax return and without it, my ead and ap processing won't proceed. I will assume yours will have nothing to do with your AP, since you received your AP soon after you replied rfe.

We sent ours on Feb 7th,and yet, no updates on the web have been posted,although I got the AP approved and in the mail and it still shows pending....

I believe there is some kind of trouble with the updates,they don't show up anymore...

Mine was regarding exactly for the same issue.

We just sent our W2's and no IRS transcripts. I wondered if if all I-485, AP and EAD did get affected by this RFE. Some said yes,that the whole process would be stopped so after getting my AP last monday I wonder if the case has been resume but I can't track it on line...
