don't you think this is too much??? better keep the evidences until the interview, this is our checklist, it was not too much paper work and we got a quick approval

1. Completed and signed form I-130

2. Check for I-130 filing fee (355$)

3. Completed and signed form G-325A and 1 photograph (petitioner)

4. Completed and signed form G-325A and 1 photograph (beneficiary)

5. Copy of all the pages of petitioner's U.S Passport to prove U.S citizenship

6. Copy of final divorce decree

7. Copy of marriage certificate and its translation

8. pictures of us together and with family members as an evidence of Bona fide marriage

9- coversheet of I130 package

that's all....wish you good luck :star:

Thi reason I'm submitting so much is cause our first marriage was invalid, and our 2nd marriage was via proxy, so I must prove to USCIS I was there forthte honeymoon. Our case is a bit sticky, but now our marriage is legal and valid and we had a honeymoon right after the wedding ceremony. I rather be safe then sorry and get a RFE. Surprising the packet is not as big as I thoguht it would be, all fits nicely in a USPS overnite envelope.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

OMG...all i sent was a couple pics :(

You will be fine, I feel we have more to prove due to the fact we had a proxy marriage. I want them to see I have been there 3 times before we got married again, and spent our honeymoon together in February. To show all in all, we have a normal realtationship. At least its how I feel. But then again, what is normal????? There is stil a few VJer's who know about the diaster that happened to us in June, and why we cancelled our petitions, long ugly nightmare, but now we are legally married in the USA and the State of Texas!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck everybody.
