Help I left USA for some reasons and I wanna come back

Hi.. I got married on august 2003 and we stay together till oct 2004 when I left of usa to finish MedSchool... we had apply for a residence.. I have my social security number and my process to a I465 was denial..( I wasn't there when they call for a interview - too bad) I'm abroad about 4 years... I will finish med school end of this year...(we are still married ).. she's caucasian ... do I had any chances to come back to usa after I finish medschool or I cant go back... ? ( By a come back will be about 5 years abroad)... ? any answers will be good for me... I scared of go back and be deported at the airport... thanks everyone...

Yes, just go through the immigrant visa process again. If she is abroad residing with you, you may be able to follow the Direct Consular Filing, guide. Otherwise, follow the IR1/CR1 guide.

Even I'm abroad all this time... (will be about 5 years) you think I can re-file the I-130.. will work? thank u very much.. make my day happy now...

Yes... I'm reading it... but you know sometime we get confuse with it.. I'm afraid go to imigrattion office in my country and they don't give me any visa to go back....and do not say anything about it in the form... thanks anyway....
