I got an answer from my Reps Office

"Dear Mr. Benabdelkrim;

I just rereived a response from the USCIS/Vermont Service Center. Your case was received on 3/14/2008 and is not past due according to the latest processing report (processing cases received on or before 03/02/2008). However, the case was pulled and it is now with an adjudication officer (as of March 2, 2009).

You should be hearing from the USCIS shortly (in the next 2-4 weeks).

If there is no progress in this timeframe, please let me know and I will follow up again.

Been waiting about 15 months at Vermont now. Was told VSC is moving ridiculously slow on these applications.
