Can I do another trip with just ONE copy of my advance parole?

Hello everyone!

I came in with the K-1 visa on October 17, got married on December 6 , and got my parole on January 27, because I had to travel to Mexico (family emergency).

When I came back, I had with me 3 copies of the parole document, the officer at the Houston airport collected 2 of my 3 copies, so now I just have one, with the stamp that says that I am paroled until February 8, 2010.

Now, I just read in the forum that if you are paroled until 2010 you can travel again, but my question is:

Will it be safe for me to travel again to Mexico in April (for Holly week vacations) if I only have one copy of the advance parole? When I come back, will the officer expect more copies from me? THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!

yes... the copy you have is your permanent copy... they have already taken what they needed

You can travel as much as you want with your AP. When I used mine the first time, they stamped my passport at the POE, so I never needed the actual AP document again.

I'm not sure if all POE's give the stamp anymore, so if you didn't get a stamp in your passport, I would take your AP document with you each time.
