I-94 expiration?

Hello,

Couple of questions.

I'm in a bit of a unique situation--I came to the country on a L-2 visa (my father worked here on L-1). Later, I went to college here on F-1 visa. And now I'm on OPT. Since I switched from L-2 to F-1, I haven't been out of the country, so instead of getting a visa on my passport, I have a notice of notification. I've always been in status--so, that's not a problem.

However, the I-94 I have now, came along with the F-1 visa notice and has no expiration date on it. On my employment authorization card, the date of expiration is June 30th.

My question--what date do I put for the question..."Date authorized stay expired or will expire as shown on Form I-94 or I-95"? Do I put June 30th as written on the EAC? Do I include the grace period included with the EAC cards? Or is this some other expiration date?
